Debbie rejoined The Greenwell Group in 2013 after returning to Ohio, bringing years of expertise since earning her real estate license in 2003. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wheeling Jesuit University.

As Transaction Coordinator, Debbie ensures a seamless process by managing pre-listings, CMA, and listing activities. She handles listing paperwork, sets up listings, and processes contracts from acceptance to closing. Debbie also coordinates inspections and collaborates with title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure every closing is smooth and successful.
