Early Career

Before co-founding The Greenwell Group, Mike spent 18 years managing service and administrative operations at Modern Office Methods. His experience in business management, systems, and client service set the tone for the Group’s balance of professionalism and personal care.

Personal Life & Values

A graduate of Martins Ferry High School and West Virginia Northern with a degree in electronics, Mike combines technical expertise with a lifelong commitment to family and community. He and Kathy have been married for over 30 years and proudly call Westerville home. Though now retired, Mike remains a trusted mentor and cornerstone of the Group’s enduring success.
