As Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer of The Greenwell Group, Mike Greenwell has played a pivotal role in shaping the company since its beginning. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Mike oversees all aspects of business operations, from finance and employee benefits to marketing strategy and long-term planning. His steady guidance ensures the team continues to deliver exceptional service and unmatched client satisfaction across Central Ohio.
Before co-founding The Greenwell Group, Mike spent 18 years managing service and administrative operations for a regional branch of Modern Office Methods. His background in management and high-tech systems laid a strong foundation for the innovation and structure that defines The Greenwell Group today.
A graduate of Martins Ferry High School (1973) and West Virginia Northern with a degree in electronics (1980), Mike combines technical expertise with a deep sense of community. He and Kathy have been married for over 30 years and proudly call Westerville home—where they remain actively involved in supporting local initiatives and families.
